Professional Experience
- Recent work in legal review, agent-spend approvals, and operational decision flows. Same problem in each: what the system may propose, what evidence a person must see, and what becomes part of the record.
- Treat reversibility and evidence as product requirements: decisions that cannot be inspected, approved, or undone do not run unattended.
- Test those rules in Claude Code / Next.js prototypes, resolving review states and exception paths in working product behavior rather than presentation artifacts.
- Designed hospital operations workflows across patient transport, rounding, observation, environmental services, tray tracking, and back office coordination, turning operational complexity into clear views by role.
- Translated complex operating rules into build-ready product flows, exposing role-specific decisions and edge cases before engineering implementation.
- Designed the early-test AI-assisted capture and transcription interactions for rounding and productivity logging, where patient consent and clinician confirmation precede any change to the operational record.
- Where operational inputs arrived scattered across teams, built dashboards and approval flows that surfaced what needed a decision, who owned it, and what had already been approved.
- Converted ambiguous early product ideas into reviewable flows, so stakeholders could evaluate scope and behavior before engineering investment.
- Led design of the Partner Portal, consolidating five disconnected products and systems into one workspace organized around roles and workflow stages rather than product taxonomy.
- Designed RBAC, permissions, approval routing, and escalation patterns for 1,000+ internal business users, balancing security compliance with workflows that users without technical training could navigate.
- Approval and escalation patterns reduced manual processing by 30% for the portal's business teams.
- Built Dynamic Forms, a low-code conditional form builder for non-developer analysts, which became a reusable standard adopted across multiple business units.
- Selected work across financial workflows, mobile banking, internal financial tooling, enterprise applications, and design systems: Charles Schwab, Wells Fargo, Facebook / Meta, GoDaddy, SMART Technologies, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, and the Government of Alberta.
- At Charles Schwab, reimagined wealth management flows, lifting premium service adoption 35% and raising NPS by 15. At GoDaddy, monetization work drove a 40% increase in feature adoption across LATAM markets.
